“The building definitely has some crazy odors, but the room itself smelled really nice. It was clean and comfy. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old and it was a little small for us but would definitely stay again if it was just me and my husband! Host was amazing and had great communication. The location was great, we were going to a show and were within walking distance of the theater.”

“We enjoyed this property enough to book it again in May. It’s a quick 5min walk to the cleveland clinic cancer center, The reason for our stay. The grocery store downstairs was the best part. We were able to make our meals at the condo. We ubered to little italy and the baseball field for less then $15. Friendly staff and they even had an eclipse party on the outdoor area with music, pizza and soda. My only complaints was our dishwasher didn’t work any the water had a sulfer smell the first……

“This was a great place to stay with our 10 month old while we were visiting Cuyahoga Valley National Park. There were restaurants within walking distance and it was a cute neighborhood. The space was super clean and the nespresso was an added bonus. Check in process was easy and we like the parking space provided. We would stay again!!”

“The condo was in a great location near many attractions. Instructions for parking and access to the unit were very detailed and made it easy to navigate. The condo was perfect for our overnight stay in Cleveland.”

“Four of us native Clevelanders stayed here for a weekend 50th bday celebration. The condo is amazing - what a treat with the private rooftop deck! Great space, excellent amenities and the comfiest beds! Y’all - this is amazing any time of year but if you happen to be looking for a great place for a Browns game… THIS. IS. IT! Jonathan is super responsive. I cannot come up with a negative. Simply one of the best possible VRBOs you’ll find anywhere!”

“Very good location for walking or public transportation in Cleveland, and good parking. This is a small studio apartment with a kitchenette, the description say both "kitchen and kitchenette" for some reason. The lighting in the room was a little dark, some more light options would be appreciated.”

“Plenty of room, plenty of comfort, and plenty products and items you need for your stay. A great spot if you're heading to downtown events but want to stay a bit away from the all the action.”

“Our family met with extended family in this area. Lots of fun activities - from hiking, concerts, museum, and stained glass classes. We all had a great time and the residence provided all the extras we wanted with a great cost. The beds were comfy, the rooms spacious, and the kitchen had all the necessities to allow us to enjoy the vacay. The host was very attentive to every need and provided check ins to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. Highly recommended. Definitely a return……

“The property was basic and served our purpose well. We parked the car in a garage about 1/2 block away and left it there for our entire stay. Great location - 1 mile from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and she Science Center, 2 blocks from Progressive Field and Heinen’s (high end grocery store). There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The only complaint is that kitchen could be better equipped for those of us who prefer to eat in.”

“I seriously cannot say enough good things about our stay. I got married at Squire’s Castle, and was looking for a place to stay nearby after all of the hustle and bustle of the wedding. The owner was more than willing to work with me on a late check-in and a late check-out, which was very much appreciated. After checking in we even found a greeting card congratulating us on our marriage, as well as some sweet treats and a small bottle of champagne in the fridge for us. Literally felt like we……

“Nice property on quiet street. There was no washer/ dryer anywhere that we could find. Glad there was a bedroom in the first floor as the steps are steep and hard to navigate if you have mobility issues. Would stay here again.”

“The jacuzzi tub helps a lot to relax after exploring Cleveland. The creaky floor throughout the home creates a quant and old-feeling atmosphere even though all the fixtures seem new and top of the line. The trees surrounding the property are fantastically beautiful. It is a quiet street and a quiet house to relax in.”

“Nice location, clean unit. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around but that is to be expected in an older building.”

“In-house breakfast is $22/person. Thought that was a little to steep to pay for breakfast. Other than that, the property and stay was fine.”
