“It’s my second time staying at this establishment, and I’ve been happy with both experiences. The hosts are friendly and easy to reach. The rooms and beds are as advertised. Bed was comfortable and clean. There are shared bathrooms and kitchen. The guest house is conveniently located in Koreatown and close to the freeway (if you drive; plus you can pay for gated parking for $5/night or street park for free) and close to bus stop. The place is certainly an economical option but I got my money’s……

“The place was super cute. One thing is the toilet doesn’t have a door you only have a curtain. So if you are someone that likes privacy this would not be a place to stay with another person. Otherwise, it had AC, super cute neighborhood, comfy bed, fire stick tv and much more! Would stay there again!!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my 5-day stay at Sanborn Guest House. Gary and Jaime have thought of everything you need for your stay. They are wonderful hosts and really knowledgeable about the local area. I stayed in the Sanborn Room, which is very comfortable and decorated with eclectic items from Gary and Jaime's travels. It's good having the separate sitting area with a lounge, a couple of chairs, and a coffee table, as well as access to the shared kitchen. The off-street secure parking is a bonus……

“Our second stay at The Green Ginger Inn was just as wonderful as the first.This time, we stayed in the larger suite. It was large with a pull-out couch. The pull-out couch was comfortable for a pull-out, surprisingly. The suite was spotless. The neighborhood is so quiet, and we felt completely safe. We were comfortable parking our car there overnight and let our kids, 13 y/o, explore the neighborhood without supervision. “Front desk representative is very helpful and a great listener. Room is nice and open. no movie access. great walking distance to restaurants and the Veterans Memorial pier. Would book again. note about room 5. Crack under door. Cover with towel to keep adjusted temperature to comfortable level. AC does not turn off from buttons. Use the buttons on the plug to turn off. “We had a fantastic stay at Casita Gundry! Check in was so easy and we were exhausted after a late flight in from the east coast. Imagine our delight when we woke up the next morning to eggs and incredible pastries waiting for us in the fridge. It was such a blessing to take breakfast off our plate...or put it on rather.
