Small apartment in the heart of the City, AIR CONDITIONED (wall-mounted heat pump) QUIET and SAFE (2 exterior security cameras) including a PRIVATE and FREE parking space on site (rare in the city center), unlimited very high speed WIFI 60 MB, Netflix , Terrace furnished to enjoy the summer :)

A few minutes walk from rue des Forges, the river, the Cogeco Amphitheater, J. Antonio Thompson hall, Courthouse, hospitals, convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants and all attractions that will make you discover and love the City of Trois -Rivers!

Fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker (coffee, decaf, herbal teas included), new front washer and dryer (including laundry soap), bathroom with large shower (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel included), tastefully decorated bedroom with satellite TV. wall and 2 wardrobes and hangers for longer stays. Living room including a comfortable sofa bed and very large television on the wall. White bedding, high-speed Wifi and Netflix, 2 beautiful intimate terraces in summer with a view of the garden and the greenery. Professionals welcome. Calm and comfort in the heart of the city!

The suite is very spacious, modern, and well equipped. The communication with the owner is excellent. The property is in downtown of the city close to many attractions and restaurants.

Extraordinaire !!!
Un seul mot : WOW ! Encore mieux qu'à l'hôtel :) Nous avons adoré notre séjour en couple à ce merveilleux logement situé près de TOUS les services : tout se fait à pied La climatisation et le stationnement privé est un gros + ! Le logement est bien équipé et neuf. Il est calme malgré qu'il soit en plein coeur du centre-ville! Bon contact avec l'hôte et les voisins, vraiment, il devrait y avoir plus de choix comme ceux là pour les touristes à Trois-Rivières qui peuvent paisiblement apprécier la vie de ce quartier durant leurs vacances. En tout cas, gros coup de coeur pour le Sainte-Julie où nous reviendrons vite, c'est certain !
