"Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM. When we checked in, the hotel did not inform us about this event at all. And the front desk phone line is always busy when we tried to call multiple times. The next morning when we complained in person at the desk, the reception person just shrugged it off and gave us a free breakfast as compensation. "
