“We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff went beyond our expectations, from little gift surprises to everyone being super nice and always helpful. Our 3rd trip here and will definitely be coming back again soon. ”

“We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire……

“早餐是包括在里面的8点半到11点。我们一家10点钟到已经没有什么剩下了，还有每天都是同一样东西，简单到不得了，因为我们住5天，所以吃到有点怕了。第三晚他们的系统在我信用卡收了我16块钱多，但每人解释得清楚为什么会有这个收费，前提是我入住的第一天全款已经过帐他们了。直到现在我也不知道他们有没有退回那16块钱我。”

“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”

“導航竟找不到需要多問幾次又加上週末大塞車賭了個多小時才找到,check in時告知有一間還需ㄧ個小時才可完成,要我們先到處走走再電話通知,結果卻是四個小時後才來電說房間好了,去櫃檯拿房卡時沒人道歉更別談昇等了,可能生意太好無所謂吧”

“The view is superb. The cottage is comfortable with complete kitchen amenities. Nice fire place. Bed is comfortable and clean. Property is right in front of lake tahoe.”

“Enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin. The property manager was very responsive and allowed us to extend our stay on short notice. No issues, and lots of space for a family. Games/toys were a nice added touch.”

“The area and resort are nice. Nothing spectacular. The 1 bedroom condo that we stayed in was quite comfortable but the finishes and furnishings were outdated and need updating. Location is convenient to downtown Truckee which is nice. ”
