“We had a late check-in arriving from Disneyland, the front desk receptionist, Ms. Bobo Ngai, very attentive personnel, she gave us a very warm welcome, providing all information we might need during our stay. It's almost a ritual, every time we visit HK, our last stay should be in the Hotel Icon, no others and it cannot be reverse either in our trip plan. On our firt day of arrival to HK, we chose other hotels which we also stayed with satisfaction, however, not to be disappointed or leaving……

“Lunch at Hugo's was very disappointing. Definitely very bad value for money. Very different from the old Hugo's that existed before the hotel moved to the current location.”
