“I’m so happy I book west bay club! They help me when I needed it the most, I book a car thru Expedia with economy, which I don’t recommend to anyone, the car radio didn’t work, the seat was torn up and I got a flat tire because the tire was bald. I tried calling the car rental phone number on the contract but it didn’t work. i took a taxi back to the west bay club and told them I was having car issues they call the rental company and had the car repair immediately. They took care of my problem……
