“We brought our boat to the chain o lakes with family. This house was perfect for us. We were able to use the fire pit and gas grill. The house was on the water so we were able to have access to the boat the entire stay. There is a restaurant next door to the house as well. Very quiet neighborhood too. Will stay here again!!”

“The property is a gem. We wished the weather was better so we could enjoy time outside however the briskness of fall had arrived. We were constrained to the inside of the house which is very artistic with an interesting layout. The house was a bit tricky for the amount of guests we had for privacy. There were about 10 of us however two of the bathrooms did not have doors. Although these bathrooms have an extremely beautiful views, the missing doors were an issue. “Our stay was enjoyable but this unit needed a bit of an overall cleaning & small repairs coffee maker didn’t works dining room chair legs were ‘wiggly’ & seat cushions stained…upstairs outlet next to bed was 1/2 way out of the wall so unasable & upper deck screen hard to open—”

“Christmas family getaway was everything we expected. The house is beautiful. Perfect set up so our littel one could go to bed and we could play games in the game room. Looking forward to returning during the summer and being able to use all the outside amenities. Property manager was a delight and extremely helpful with everything.”

“The hotel was great! The room was kind of horrible. All the furniture except for the beds were completely crooked when I got there, which was weird but then the next morning I saw a women’s panty liner stuck to the wall above the bathroom wall. In true me fashion I felt bad because I could find anyone and nobody was at the desk so I just cleaned it up myself but I’m unsure if this is the place to stay in Elgin. Maybe it was a bad day for housekeeping but it was gross regardless.”
