“We had a pleasant stay in this apartment and a very good communication with Khalid. Flat is very spacious and and we felt like “being at home” ! The apartment is very well localised, only 3 minutes waking to the metro and into the heart of Marina. Definitely book your own stay for business trip or holidays, for sure you will enjoy it ! ”

“Nachdem wir langjährige Erfahrung mit der Miete von Ferienwohnungen haben (allein in Al Hamra Village schon 6 mal) lässt sich dieses Objekt nicht anders beschreiben als "einfach ein Traum". Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind vorbildlich. Wir kochten fasst täglich selbst, genossen unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse und konnten uns glänzend erholen. Der Pool in unmittelbarer Nähe hat zwar keine olympischen Ausmaße, aber für eine kurze Erfrischung und eine kleine Auszeit gut geeignet. Alles in allem ein……

“This was my first time in Dubai, so I was somewhat nervous about lodging in a place I had never been to. However, Alessandro and Mrs. Hla were excellent. They were very responsive to my every need and made me feel comfortable in a foreign land. The property was great too. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Oh, did I mention the views?? The views were amazing; I felt I was on top of the world. Great location and near everything!”

“We got to our hotel and was told that they booked us out into one of their sister hotels, poor communication. The sister hotel was ok, the housekeeping staff specially Zalal and Tek were very helpful and efficient. They cleaned our room as requested and when above and beyond to help us. Thank you to both for your help. ”

“On arrival, we were put into the wrong apartment for the first night. We then changed to the apartment that had been advertised. It wasn’t as clean as we are used to especially in Dubai; the floor and sofa was stained and the glass on the balcony was filthy. My biggest concern was that we didn’t have gas throughout the trip so if we did wasn’t to cook, it would have been difficult. There was no kettle either so we could not boil water. This was resolved with a kettle being supplied to us but……
