“Cozy, but not cluttered, clean well appointed property. Close to our favorite bakeries, Art Mart and Sun Singer and a short drive to the Virginia Theatre. Soft sheets and duvets, fluffy adult size towels. Nice coffee bar and snacks. Comfy front and back porches extend the size of the home, beautiful back yard and paved off street parking, quiet treelined street. Excellent instructions and communication from the host. We will definitely book the next time we're in Champaign for an event.”

Only complaint would be that we had some issues getting door to lock and also there was a very limited selection of pots/pans and utensils in the kitchen. Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.”

“We had a wonderful extended stay at this house. It's very clean. The updates are nice. The neighborhood is wonderful, it's so quiet and pleasant, but convenient to shops, restaurants and the university. Great help from the friendly manager who is easy to contact.”
