“I enjoyed my time at the Cozy Cabin, it is well appointed glamping for sure. Sara was very helpful and very responsive to questions. Although this time i was on my own for much needed down time, would definitely consider coming back with more people to stay and stay in some of the other options available on the property.”

“What an absolutely beautiful place. My wife and I spent an extended weekend for our anniversary to get away and relax. My wife loves to cook, and this kitchen was so well thought out, it had everything she needed. The only thing to note was that if you are a light sleeper and sleep in the bedroom on the main floor, the heat pump may wake you up when it kicks on. We wished we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back maybe in the fall or again next winter.”

“Amazing location and coziest wooden cabin. The cast iron stove kept us toasty and warm. Markus and Burgi were great hosts! We did a improvised winter canoe trip and got to see a family of otters! In a nutshell: it was all and more we wanted for a getaway weekend.”

“This cottage was the perfect getaway for the two of us and our adult son. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the (private) lake and being off-grid. For the most part, we were the only ones on the lake which was amazing. Fishing was awesome and provided a couple of meals. “We had a wonderful long weekend at Joanne's place. She was very responsive and accommodating. The house is lovely and spacious and very homely. The huge deck right on the river makes it perfect for relaxing, swimming and fishing and the hot tub tops it off! Would definitely stay here again and hopefully spot some bears across the river next time.”
