“Nice boat with friendly and helpful crew. The boat taking you to and from the boat took 40-60minutes which was a bit more than expected. Food was ok, but the views were amazing. Nice and clean rooms. ”

“The whole trip was great experience for a two night package to see Ha Long Bay. The Cruise ship was well appointed and a great base to see the UNECO Heritage site. A few small concerns: the beaches we visited had a lot of rubbish, all boats/ships should invite customers to pick-up the rubbish to help preserve this special environment. Also the ship should have videos and other media which better present the site and environmental goals etc., as this was poring covered by staff.”

“we liked our stay very much omg the stuff were so helpful it was a new years holiday in Vietnam we could not get a car from ninh binh to ha long had so much stress for one hour called the hotel for help within 15 min everything was ok!came to our hotel they offered us free upgrade and larger beds since we were traveling with 3 children , the room was spacious very clean they even prepared welcome fruit and drinks for us our family is so thankful had a wonderful stay happy memories! ”

“Entrée et salon très jolis chambre propre et spacieuse,piscine agréable.L hôtel ne prend pas les cartes bancaires, ça nous avons posé problème car pour le paiement des croisières et les restaurants ne prennent pas non plus la carte , personnel courtois et souriant Gros bémol, petit déjeuner français déplorable,pain, pain de mie, un semblant de viennoiseries, tous étaient rassis servis plusieurs jours de suite. C est très frustrant en comparaison au buffet chaud asiatique servi. On nous……

“Over all service are good ”

“The hotel service was very disappointing. We booked 2 rooms and paid, but once we arrived we found out the staff had double booked the room so we had no where to stay and they charged us for the room anyway. Would not recommend. Can’t trust. 这间酒店非常令人失望，绝对不推荐。他们一个房间卖出两次，我们搭国际长途过来出差，来之前已经付过钱，但到达后突然被告知没有房间。但钱也不退。 ”

“Un'esperienza straordinaria. Ho fatto la crociera di due giorni ed è stato tutto perfetto. Il cibo abbondante e buonissimo. La nave tenuta molto bene soprattutto molto pulita. Le escursioni divertenti. La camera di giuste dimensioni con il bagno molto grande e con splendida vista sulla baia. Quello che ha reso però la mia crociera straordinaria è stato il personale. Sempre molto gentile e con il sorriso sulle labbra. Li ringrazio uno a uno. Vorrei però fare un ringraziamento particolare a Mr……

“非常好的下龙湾行程，越南很热，所以一边吹着空调一边看着下龙湾落日美景真的很享受，如果是一日往返的船只基本都是没空调的，会很热！这艘船整体还是比较新的，刚上船的那餐午饭是几道式的西餐，晚饭和第二天的早饭都是自助餐，很干净，味道做的也好！在船上的两天一晚还参加了两次活动，一次是另外乘小船去个溶洞，还有一次是上岸去更大的一个蝙蝠洞探险，都不用额外付费，很都不错！就算体力不佳也能轻松玩下来，总体来说，这个行程我们三个人都很满意！”
