The hotel was just okay. The room could have been cleaned better. We stayed 6 nights and had to ask for trash removal and towels. One our last night housekeeping cleaned our room without asking. The front desk did not tell us about all of the facilities on property. The pool was small and had way too many chemicals in it. Valet and the bell services were very professional and helpful. The location was convenient and near a lot of things or in walking distance.

This is our third stay at this hotel and we absolutely love it. From the staff to the rooms to the food, everything exceeds our expectations. If you are a coffee lover try their cold brew coffee! The hotel is within walking distance to major attractions.

we rode the St Charles trolley all the way down & back and saw many pleasing areas along the way including Loyola University.
