“Très bon accueil et propreté irréprochable. Appartement très spacieux avec une vue magnifique et très bien situé pour visiter la région. Idéal pour notre groupe d'amis, chacun sa chambre et sa salle de bain. Le seul petit point négatif est que les équipements de la cuisine ne sont pas vraiment adaptés pour un groupe nombreux. Je recommande !”

“A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Grounds are pristine - wonderful views of the ocean and hills; beautiful gardens; great exercise/obstacle course; tennis court and the pool is even better than the photos! The complex even has a security guard. The apartment unfortunately tarnished our experience. We were unlucky to get a mid-ground floor apartment which slept a max of 5. We were……

“Clean, spacious room. Well equipped. Love the views of rolling hills every morning. 10min to town by bus or car. Conveniently located near supermarket and petrol station too. Staffs are friendly and helpful.”

“La casa no resulta acogedora ni está preparada para una estancia en familia. Limpieza muy deficiente y mobiliario deteriorado. Con diferencia, el peor alojamiento que hemos alquilado nunca. Nuestra intención era pasar tiempo en la casa y nos ha obligado a estar fuera todo el día y volver solo a dormir. Imposible cocinar y comer allí. Nunca lo recomendaría”

“Het appartement is ruim en goed gelegen. Het ligt wel verder van de zee dan aangekondigd. Bij aankomst waren de sleutels nog niet ter beschikking (een half uur te vroeg na 1100 km rijden ..), dus nog even wachten. Het appartement was niet echt proper, veel zand en nog materiaal van de vorige huurder. Na afloop ook nog enkele onverklaarbare kosten. We hebben het ons niet al te hard aangetrokken, maar ik kom er niet terug.”

“We were a group of 8 friends traveling through the Basque country. Communication and checkin went smoothly. The accommodation is modest but spacious, perfectly suited for our group. The location of the apartment is a major plus - 1 block from La Concha beach and close to the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this apartment!”

Cuenta con un restaurante y bistro muy recomendable, tiene estacionamiento disponible y si caminas en 15 minutos estarás en el malecón de la playa de la Concha. En fin, de esos lugares a los que volvería siempre.”
