"The property was well maintained and the houses were stocked with everything you might need, down to laundry detergent! The beach out front was beautiful and basically private. The location is close to town and felt very safe. There is a grounds keeper on the property at all times, they are very friendly and helpful, but you practically don’t notice them. "We stayed here as a family of 4. Absolutely beautiful home and property. My kids loved the pool and each having their own bathroom. We watched toucans and other birds in the trees and iguanas, Jesus lizards and geckos run around the grounds. A/C in the bedrooms was lovely. The living room and kitchen could be a bit stuffy in the middle of the day, but we were out by the pool during those hours anyway!"

"The rooms a very unique and they property is beautiful. We had tiny bats roosting on our villa and it was fabulous to watch them swoop and dive over the river in the evening. The owner & staff were lovely although my lack of Spanish made communication difficult. There was few maintenance issues, and the room it’s self could do with a little love."
