“Everything about this hotel was absolutely fantastic. And that’s coming from a person who actually had a hiccup at the hotel. I tried ordering room service via the TV since I arrived late & most of the restaurants were already closed or closing but my food never came. I called the front desk but I guess the receptionist never relayed the message about my food because some of the hotel team showed up at my room door. I explained to them that I was waiting for my food. 20 mins later, another staff……

“It's a shame we were only there for one night as we had an early morning flight to Khiva as it's a wonderful place. The taxi from the airport was arranged via the hotel and the boys who drove us were great to chat to and very friendly and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and although we were only there a short time it was one of the most comfortable rooms in our entire Uzbek stay! highly recommended.”

“this is a wonderful hotel. Staff was helpful. All facilities are available at the hotel. We found it very easy to arrange taxi pick up from the rail station and taxi drop off to the airport through the hotel. Breakfast was very good.”
