“This coverted garage is cozy and private and quiet. The neighborhood is safe and it was nice to park our car in the driveway. We were able to wash laundry as needed and come and go as we pleased.”

“The house is beautiful and clean, with great hangout spaces: a dining area near the amazing kitchen, a comfy living room, and the patio. Checking in was a breeze, and the owner was responsive to questions during our stay. I hope to stay here again for future reunion-style get-togethers.”

“The host was super responsive and we're grateful for that. The house was very useable but the pool had parts of the edging that were broken and unstable. Our kids were old enough to be fine but would be cautious with younger kids. Kitchen is only moderately stocked for actual cooking.”

“This is a cozy, private space in a quiet residential neighborhood. Three adults slept comfortably, but probably more ideal for two. Rooftop deck, hot tub, and outdoor seating to relax or entertain. Gas stove, Keurig machine, and everything you need to prepare meals and save on eating out. Accessible to all North Hollywood has to offer without being right in the middle of it.”

“We came down for a 50th birthday party for a friend, and saw this listing on VRBO. The photos made this place look like a magical home and we jumped on it. We were not disappointed. House is cozy and the backyard is amazing. Love the home decor and we totally saw some Morocco photos that we recognized from a trip we took there ourselves. Hated to leave, and will definitely look to utilize this home if we come back to the area. The owners were very good about communicating, and check in and check……

“View is gorgeous It’s definitely a hike up there and rough roads but they tell you that ahead of time so we were prepared. I do wish it was a little more updated in the rooms. It felt very bare and minimal and needs a couple touches. The upstairs neighbors were very loud and sounded like they were throwing stuff around all night. But we had a comfortable and pleasant stay otherwise. The view is wonderful”

“My party consisted of three generations. We had room to spread out and all were comfortable. The property is exactly as described on the VRBO site. The host thought of everything and there is nothing that you will need to bring on this trip. I would definitely book this location again.”

“Kitchen is very well stocked, beds are comfortable, living area is relaxing. Dining area worked well with 8 chairs, plus bar stools that can be used around the dining table. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood on a treelined street. Great for walks. Backyard is open to the front yard. The "master bedroom" has the king bed, but no attached bathroom. The "3rd bedroom" with the queen bed has the attached bathroom. This wasn't clear in the photos or description. Only downsides were maintenance issues:……

“Wonderful location! The neighborhood is beautiful! We enjoyed evening walks, the home inside was very clean, yard needed a little sprucing up. We spent 2 days at universal studios which was 15 minutes away. My kids ended both days there early so they could come back to the rental to swim. The game room was fun! We had a Lincoln logs building contest and played a lot of foosball. We would definitely rent this place again”

“House was decent. Clean and roomy. There were some things that needed to be fixed. Ice machine didnt work, one electric socket was hanging out of the wall, the front door locked, but it looked as if a hard push would open it. Ping pong table was a fun addition. Overall it was a nice place”

“The owners were wonderful with communication. The house was very clean and well kept up . The front of the house was beautiful with garden for privacy . They got back to us super promptly with any questions. Close to Burbank and Hollywood and only hour and half away from Disney .”
