“Super secure, private parking, very clean. We spent 3 nights here and were able to walk to BC place for a game, walk to Queen Elisabeth Theatre for a performance and take a quick train ride to Robson St. shopping area. It’s also very close to the Fable Creek ferry rides that take you to Granville island and other places. You don’t need a car when staying here. The apartment has everything you need. We cooked a lot of our meals and enjoyed the views. Just a perfect, safe and very clean place to……

“I stayed for a 3 day visit to Vancouver. Clean room, matched the description, good pricing, good location. Hosts were very helpful, great communication. Enjoyed my stay. Would certainly return. The only thing that I found odd is vrbo listing quoted a different base price but when I went to book price jumped by $30. I tried couple times with same results. Then I just booked. It was still a good price for the room, but found it odd that quote & actual had a significant difference in price.”

“Property was great, we had a bit of challenge with the restavio app to check in and get our check instructions. We got hold of customer service and property manager who assisted us gettint in. ”

“The location was convenient to dining, shopping and the steam clock! Hearing the faint chums at night while awake was Charming. The beds are Very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in unit helped keep us comfortable after walks in the rain. The underground parking helped however be warned the space is really for a small car. Our Ford Edge mini SUV was hard To park.”

“It is an older place. The parking stall is small width wise. We were there for an appointment. The host was great and responsive and timely for anything.”

“Compact two bedroom, two bath condo had everything we needed for a good stay. Provided parking spot was a tight fit deep in the underground parking structure, and close to the elevator. Check-in codes, door/elevator fob, and garage fob remote was a challenge to master. Was able to walk to a lot of attractions and condo amenities were nice. Would stay again.”

“The apartment was really lovely and had everything we needed. Mark was helpful and helped us to check in early as the apartment was ready and it was all smooth. The apartment is well located within walking distance of most everything. Not having parking is a little bit of an issue but we found secure paid 24 hour parking a few blocks away which considering the reasonable price of the unit factored in. Downtown Vancouver is having a real crisis issue with drug addicts and homeless people so one……

“Very convenient location. The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection”

“Accurate to pictures, great to have the covered deck, walking distance to many places, bit of sky train noise but you get used to it, really appreciated early check in!”

“The property is in a good location to get to everywhere - public transport etc. just be careful if you need to checkout before 7am as the key cafe is in 7-11 which doesn’t open until 7. Fortunately for us, a worker who was there early let us in. We would stay here again.”

“整體來講好好， 只係張床太柔軟 ，令我們腰酸背痛 . 望改善， 附近好方便有多間超市，還有就是停車場方便須改善的，有朋友探訪停車場收費機有問題（以為她張信用卡有問題，本人下樓用三張信用卡都給不了⋯）而且抄牌超快因前方問題上，真的費解？”

“区域乱，房间设施老化，有虫子在房间缝隙地板爬动，前台个别服务人员态度高傲冷漠，绝不会再住了！也不推荐！”
