“This hotel is so chic and youthful. I did not feel uncomfortable or under dressed although I was in jeans and flip flops. The decor is beautiful and very inviting. The rooms are cute and staff extremely helpful and friendly.”

“Room was spacious , clean and quiet. In house restaurant had great indoor and outdoor seating. Food options for breakfast were great and reasonably priced for a hotel in Santa Monica. Coffee options were great. Newly added nitro cold brew coffee which I loved. Service was good. Front desk staff were positive, polite and accommodating. Entry hall bathrooms were really clean and neat. Front entrance view once inside was really neat. Bellmen service outside was excellent.”

“The staff was very helpful in providing information and always willing to help with obtaining transportation and arranging outings for us. Food and service at the Fig was excellent. Our room was a deluxe premium facing the ocean was nice but very small. We were bumping into each other at times.”

“Have stayed here at various times over the past since 90's. Renovated rooms...great bar and food quality surprisingly good at the lobby restaurant and bar. Outstandingly service all around, bartenders very friendly and great at their jobs. In fact, all the workers seem to go the extra mile, front desk, valet parking, bar and restaurant and house keeping. Im going to keep on coming!”
