“It would have been nice to have had some emenities like shampoo and telephone, but overall it was a really great room and wonderfully located! We got into Inverness on the overnight train, but they wouldn't stow our luggage. That wasn't great. But they did try to accommodate us the best that they could... Still there should be a place that they can store your luggage for you (that isn't the sitting room). They have enough space to do this. ”

“地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住”

“We adored this hotel. At first when we arrived, we were concerned not to be in the main building but it turned out the addition (added in 2006) featured walkout rooms to the gorgeous gardens.
