And the hotel as well Hotels..com won’t refund us. Even though we were at the hotel 15 minutes after booking and detected the fault. Very low and dishonest behaviour. And for that reason I will not stay here or recommend anyone to use hotels.com or to stay here. Disappointed customer.”

“My husband and I stayed at the Pillars for 3 nights. It was our first time to visit Natchez and the stay in a historic home was a wonderful part of our experience. The house is convenient to many of the pilgrimage home tours we took and close to other attractions in historic Natchez. We had a great breakfast each morning at the Guest House Inn and Restaurant via a voucher from our hosts. The property was very private and quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on. ……

“From pulling up on the street, till the time you leave this place, it oozes class. A quaint, quiet, beautiful setting. Big spacious rooms with beautiful old furniture. We were welcomed warmly by Nell and Mary with a glass of sangria. Breakfast is served in the dining room at 8.30am and it was gorgeous, with piano music! We were given a tour of the house after breakfast which was really interesting. We used the pool while there which was nice as it was hot and humid. Its a little bit out of town……
