“Comfortable ground floor apartment with two queen bedrooms and one room with bunk beds. Only one parking space. Kitchen inadequately equipped for cooking large family dinners. A few steps to the best beach on the entire east coast. House would benefit from new beach chairs and a good beach cart. A wonderful block with a neighborhood feel.”

“What an amazing property and experience! Everything about the trip was truly wonderful/lovely & fun. The Salt Heir embodies everything when one thinks about a beach cottage - however at a luxury level. We had our family of five (six for one night) staying there for our annual family reunion. “Awful experience. Didn’t get my money back when THEIR a/c went out. They called 30 min before arrival to mention there was no AC but refused to give a refund because they technically offered a different place to stay, significantly more disgusting place to stay. Horrible cleaning, bugs everywhere, mouse poop in the pull out couch. It was the basement of another unit and was mold and damaged drywall that had gotten painted over. list goes on, just a brutal experience that they kept my money over.……
