“Upon arrival the first thing i noticed was how clean the location was. Everything was profided, even some juice and water in the mini fridge :) the location was great! Close to walk most places, but also away from the hussle and bussle. I had such a great time enjoying the sites and beautiful falls. It was quiet and relaxing 😌 i would definitely recommend this location to friends and damiky. Thank you for your hospitality!!! Cheers”

“We have stayed at rental vacation homes dozens of times across the USA. This home takes the cake. Clean, updated, classy, quiet. Not a piece of dust to be found. Separate entrance from the owners. Backyard for the kids to run. Helpful & friendly hosts. One of the Niagra parks staff members asked us where we were staying & she was intrigued because she said she’s been admiring the home for years & wondered what it looked like inside. Thank you for the stay Mark & Monica!”

“Pretty and cozy. Amazingly equipped and well maintained inside and out. Our host was easily available and answered every question. Bedrooms are roomy and the beds are very comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice, I have nothing negative to say about this home.”

“The house was nice and clean. The view was fabulous. A quiet area only a short drive to Niagara Falls. There were plenty of dishes/cup/glasses/etc. There were plenty of small appliances like toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea kettle. Having an extra refrigerator stocked with water was a wonderful bonus. It was a great place for 3 generations to spend a long weekend together.”

“This is a wonderful place…. Everything was spotless and clean, very modern! These condo units are relatively new and close to everything Niagara while just far enough outside the busiest areas to be a nice escape at the end of the day. There was a bottle of red wine, two wine glasses, and a bowl of fresh oranges, apples, and bananas on the counter when we arrived. Six bottles of water in the fridge, a full set of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Keurig coffee maker with plenty of K-cups. Great……

“Although a clean place, and an easy walk to the falls and attractions, it’s a rather noisy spot (which obviously is not something anyone can control)…lots of traffic, neighbors were certainly enjoying themselves.”

“This house is beautiful! It is perfect for a get away! The pictures on the listing site do not do it justice! The house is large and spacious for lots of people! The deck is large, beautiful and has the most perfect view of the lake! And it’s only a stair climb down to the beach! I will definitely be renting this place again in the future! Oh and the owner responded quickly to all of my messages!”

“This is the cutest wee animal sanctuary. Place was clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was immediate and excellent. It is a bit rustic, but for me, i was very happy. Highly recommend and if we come back to the area definitely staying here. Close to everything. Niagra falls, niagra on the lake, Weiland locks, tulip farm all within 20- 30 min.”

“Perfect location to easily access the main attractions of Niagara Falls, 3 minutes to Clifton Hill and 20 minutes from the Niagra Falls, all by foot. House a little dated but and could use some updates but overall served our needs and host was very accommodating, wasn't in Niagara for the house, there for the attractions.”

“Our family of eight stayed here for six days. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts are accommodating. However, the kids ran around from upstairs, even though it was quite late at night and we were trying to sleep in the lower level of the house. One of my relatives is handicapped and had difficulty going up the stairs because there was only one handrail for her to use, and she can only use one side of her body. Having handrails on both sides would be safest for anyone with mobility……
