“It was very clean and a nice big space for our family of 5 (adults). We let loved that it faced the beach and was just a short walk away. Pool/hot tub was nice and clean. My only complaint was checkout was way too early. We will definitely be back. ”

“We stay at Huntington by the Sea each year and love it - the location is wonderful and we love the small less busy building for families. Our place was comfortable, clean, well kept and decorated perfect for the beach! The only problem we ran into was we couldn't all take hot showers. I'm wondering if the water heater needs turned up.”

“We spent most of our time biking, walking on the beach, or reading at the pool area. The condo was adequate for sleeping and showering, but I am glad that I didn’t plan to do any cooking. There’s very little counter space and no dish towels. The coffee maker was weird, had no instructions and appeared to need a good cleaning- not the kind of appliance suited for rental property. The furniture could be reevaluated for usefulness and space efficiency.”

“We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and exactly what the two of us needed. As other reviews state the noise on the patio is something to know before going. The pool was perfect and quiet during the week. It was a great location about 30 minutes from anything you'd want to do! Ps: If you plan for a later arrival contact the property team for exacts on how to get to the parking area, we arrived late and could not locate it without calling the after hours number.”

“We go to Rosemary Beach every year and this place we just stayed at was by far the best place we have stayed at in Rosemary. The condo was modern and clean with a nice balcony, beautiful pool and jacuzzi, and the location was perfect (by everything). The lobby staff was very sweet and the night time guard Tim, was wonderful. Could not have been more pleased.”

“Condo is beautiful and clean. Property is great- boys used the gym daily, the pool and hot-tub were also a fun escape from the beach. The beach was very walkable. The grill area was clean and we used it a few days. We never figured out the bikes. But the trip was amazing and everyone had a wonderful time!”

“We have just spent a week at Dolphin's Corner and we can't say enough about the property. I am EXTREMELY picky about cleanliness, and I must say, this is the first time I have vacationed somewhere that I can honestly say was perfect! It was so clean it looked brand new. The bathroom is usually my point of concern, but these bathrooms were exceptional...juat so so clean!! Kitchen was well stocked..not that we used it much as there are too many wonderful restaurants in the area. The decor is……

“We really enjoyed our stay & the condo. Condo was nicely stocked for our 4 day stay. Communication with property manager was great. Walkable to many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Views are beautiful & steps to the beach. Condo provides chairs & beach wagon or there are chairs & umbrellas to rent for a very reasonable price already set up. We had a great stay & would definitely stay again!”

“Wonderful place with such a beautiful decor. It is a ideal place to stay to get away and be able to have quick access to the beach and hearing music outside your balcony window. Also having access to the pool and close by restaurants without having to drive is an added bonus. Be sure to stop by Pecan Jack’s for homemade ice cream and candy and going to the Red Bar for dinner in Grayton Beach is a must also. Will definitely come back again. Again, ideal for us. “I was in town for a weekend for a condo at the Hilton next door. This condo was the perfect location to be able to walk to the Hilton and have a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. The shuttle service around the area was amazing considering I didn’t bring a car. I will definitely be back for that view alone!”
