“I was looking for a comfortable place for myself and my dog for a few days -and Cindy’s place was perfect. Private-amazing views- home made banana bread! Cindy also provided a Variety of locals soaps, lotions and facial scrubs to sample-looking forward to returning”

“The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back.”

“Apt. was very clean. It is exactly as it appears in the photos! Well stocked kitchen and very clean bed linens. Parking is an issue but we finally found one. If it was my business I would make contact through text rather then the site on arrival day.”

“My husband and I went for a weekend and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Getting to and from the boat by the water taxi was super easy and a nice way to get around. Danielle met us on the boat to show us the ropes. Took about 10 min to get downtown by the water taxi- was nice not to worry about parking downtown! We spent our nights relaxing on the boat enjoying the beautiful views. We definitely plan on returning again!”

“Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful”

“This home is well cared for. We felt very comfortable and rested for nephews wedding on Goat Island. Some of the guests in this house spent time shopping on Thames St. Others went to a Brewery and on our way out of town we stopped at Oyster Fest- this was a great location- My only complaint is that there were only 4 coffee cups but 6 guests, we had to take turns😊”

“Such a lovely space and great location! Clean, gorgeous view, well-appointed. We could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go…shopping, coffee, food, sightseeing. Five adults in town for a friend’s wedding. Everyone had their own space for sleeping, getting ready for the wedding events, etc. Great kitchen. Really nice to have parking in the building.”

“The location was close to lots of activities but far enough away to make parking possible. The home could be better appointed with glassware, dishes etc. It was clean enough.”

“Our family of five stayed for a long weekend. This was in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a path that led to the beach. The home was large and welcoming. Large kitchen perfect for cooking a couple meals a day. Great food in the area. Short drive to Newport for activities with the kids. Would highly recommend for those traveling to the area.”

“The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of friends or family members for a weekend getaway. The location was further than anticipated. Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Absolutely gorgeous location. Unfortunately, we had booked during a prom night and a wedding venue, and as such had noise until 11 at night from the procession. Otherwise, I strongly suggest this location for any occasion. ”

“The checkin was good. Room was was clean which is very important. The floor I was on was very quiet and I enjoyed the breakfast. There was a nice lady who worked in the kitchen that was very attentive and made sure food stayed stocked. I would stay again”
