“We stayed for 4 nights with another couple and our dog. We had the best time! The condo is clean and the location is incredible. Katie was so responsive and easy to communicate with! It was great having a bedroom and bathroom on each side of the condo for privacy, a table to play board games, fridge, etc. The building is very dog friendly. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.”

“From the beginning until the end the listers were very receptive. The listing was precisely as described. Very clean! Soap, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided There were even K cups for the Keurig which made my mornings better. WiFi was strong. I chose to stay farther from the conference center (about 1mi) than my colleagues. I walked a few times which was about 25 minutes and took an electric scooter the rest of the time. Both were great options. Overall……

The location was very clean and had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and living room, well appointed kitchen, and an amazing shower. The neighborhood was quiet and very cute. Easly walkable to great restaurants and bars, and about 1 mile from the Capitol, which made for a nice walk through the beautiful neighborhood. Communication was great and check-in was a breeze. “Always a quiet neighborhood and the apartment a place to rest and relax in between sight seeing in DC. The owners were always available to answer any questions and meet any needs we had. We were provided with a safe place to park and also leave our car when we used Uber, which we highly recommend!! While there were neighbors above us, no sound ever came through into our apartment. “It was clean and super convenient to be so close to a metro station. It was right in front of a wegmans which made everything you needed within reach. I had no issues with communication and very quick to respond.”

“This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. Terry was a great communicator and host!”

“This place is conveniently near a few bus stops: D6 and X2. I used the bus and metro the entire trip. Overall place is as described and was easy to check in and drop our bags. One night it was noisy with some people fighting but I would stay again.”

“This apartment is very comfortable and a good value for the price. If you like to cook, the gas stove is a real plus. Fort Totten Metro Station (Red & Green lines) was an easy 12-minute walk. If you're driving, street parking was readily available in front of the apartment every day I was there.
