"We often visit Washington to go fishing on the Pamlico. We usually make it a day trip. We wanted to stay for a few days with our dogs and booked the Sterling House. It was a relief to find a place that allows dogs, first of all. The house was clean. I loved the character of the house. The view was amazing and peaceful. I would definitely recommend booking a stay here."

"My elderly Mom resides in Washington. My husband and planned a trip to see her. As a last minute add on, we included our 20 month old granddaughter on the trip! We needed a comfortable place and we found it! Phyllis has the best, sweetest, most well appointed little home we could have ever asked for.
