“My dog loved his stay!”

“My elderly Mom resides in Washington. My husband and planned a trip to see her. As a last minute add on, we included our 20 month old granddaughter on the trip! We needed a comfortable place and we found it! Phyllis has the best, sweetest, most well appointed little home we could have ever asked for. After a 9 hour drive, we pulled in, and Phyllis provided wine, water, multiple snacks, as well as little treats for our granddaughter. What a wonderful place. It is clean, quiet and perfectly……

“We had a very pleasant stay. The interior was consistent with the photos; clean, spacious and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and common areas were great for interaction. Neighborhood was quaint and quiet, offering nice morning walks. No complaints.”

“We came for a weekend bike riding event with friends, this house was just as pictured, very comfortable and had everything we needed for enjoying ourselves, nice walk to town and plenty of space. Patty was wonderful to work with and really appreciated her accommodating us for this trip.”

“We love Little Washington and found the best little gem with the Tar Hut! Directly across from the docks and water sports rentals. Very easy walk to the amazing restaurants and breweries downtown. Highly recommend! The owner communicated throughout our stay and the house was stocked with all of the necessities. We will definitely be back!”

“This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. The views of the river are so soothing, and the neighborhood deliciously quiet. The owners were responsive & helpful when we ran into an internet problem. Kitchen is minimal but I didn't go there to cook ;-) We had fun exploring the nearby towns (Bath and Washington) and the wildlife reserves, but the best part was just sitting on the deck and breathing.”

“This nice fifth wheel is located in a secluded marina with a great view of the water. The covered picnic table area was a perfect place to drink our coffee each morning and cook and eat dinner at night. The owners are on site and are so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again.”
