“The property is very well located. A good experience if you travel with Family and kids. The rooms are big enough and very clean. The staff is nice and friendly in the cafeteria. An opportunity of improvement will be maintain the pool and spa in better conditions, and fix the gate. I recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Redding and Shasta City. ”

“Love this new hotel! Second time staying here in the last few months! Great beds, shower is amazing..gotta say something with it..possibly a water softener..makes my hair so soft! “Hotel nice and clean, room was very nice. Noise from adjoining room after 1:00am, and noise from room 3rd floor early 6:00am (stomping, running). Noise not a reflection on the hotel, but lack of concern from check-out staff was disappointing. Our next stay we will ask for third floor. Overall great place to stay. Excellent deli & ice cream shop across the parking lot, very nice people and reasonable pricing for nice sized portions. (Dills Deli open late and 32 Below ice cream also open late).”
