“We really enjoyed this retreat. It was exceptionally clean & very well thought out and private. Sitting out on the deck over looking the seasonal lake, while listening to the songs of the waterfowl & Steelers Jays… And watching the ducks and geese with those little fluff ball babies waddle up to the grass area of the yard was a real treat.. We never once clicked on the TV as the view has everything we needed. Very comfortable & peaceful indeed.”

“Studio is beautiful and has all the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay. Just that locks are hard to open and lock. Also, please modify checkout instructions like it asks for put dishes in dish washer but there is no dish washer in studio. Also it says checkout time as 11pm. It must be 11am. 😁”

“Such a beautiful, small town experience. We were going for some a late season snow and actual got snowfall in town on our second day! The home had everything we needed, the hot tub was awesome!”

“We loved everything about this property! From the entrance into a secret little garden style backyard to the pet friendly space to the jacuzzi! We cooked numerous meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked as well. The bed was comfortable and quiet and the living room space was perfect for two adults and two little fur babies to relax and watch tv. It was perfect and we will certainly be back!!”

“The house was comfortable and we enjoyed the video game table and the wide variety of interesting books and music. I wouldn't call the waterbed waveless (we've had 2 waterbeds), and we found this one a bit sloshy. Used the wood stove heater for 2 days but I'm sensitive to smoke so we used the electric heater for the last 2 days. The town of Dunsmuir didn't offer much in the way of food or entertainment. Most of the restaurants we had researched prior to our visit were no longer open for……

“The unit appears to be recently renovated and it has been very tastefully done. It is well lighted and is kept very clean. It is walking distance to everything in downtown Mt Shasta. It was very quiet at night. Excellent view of Mt Shasta”

“The cottage was perfect for our mini vacation. We wanted to be in town where we could walk to everything. The little kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a nice meal. It was clean and quiet. ”
