This was the perfect way to get the camping experience without the commitment! The view of the river and the mountains was breath taking. The restrooms had real toilets and were immaculate. “Even better than expected! The RV was beautiful, clean and had everything inside just like a little home! Just outside, a table and a private barbecue were available. Also the lady at the reception was very welcoming and polite. Definitely recommend for even more than one night!”

“They did a great job of restoring this caboose and making it a great little getaway for those who love trains and want a cozy little place trackside to watch. So much interesting things to see and do around here, the caboose was filled with interesting pictures, books, and even a radio scanner to listen to the train crews. There was a beautiful deck to watch the trains passing by, and a comfortable bed to sleep in at night. We will definitely return!”

“A nice little cabin in a nice neighborhood. It has all the necessary amenities for a quick get away in the woods. Perfect place if you are wanting to have fun in the snow during winter. The host is extremely friendly, responsive and accommodating. We are definitely going to re-consider this place for our next visit to Alta Sierra.”
