“We had an amazing wedding weekend thanks in no small part to our stay at Charlestown Springs Farm. Rich is an accommodating and very responsive host. When we first inquired about the property, he offered to give us a tour since we live locally. The house is dripping with charm and the surrounding landscape is picturesque. It was the perfect place to host our out of town friends and family during our weekend of celebration. We spent a lot of time outside on the beautiful grounds, but also……

“The drive way was the worst thing about this property. It was very scary to get in and out of. Also, the front step really needs some work. It wobbled and because of the weather, it was covered in wet leaves. I was so afraid I was going to fall. The house is charming and other than going down the basement stairs to do a load of laundry, things were fine.”

“The property was clean and bright. It was close to our family’s home for a short commute back and forth. Even though there are no TVs in the home the kids were just fine with the WiFi. I love the white bedding and linens. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.”

“14 of us stayed here for a secluded bachelorette weekend in nature and it was truly a dream come true. The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house. The only minor down side was the water heater struggled keeping up with 14 woman’s daily hygiene needs. Overall, everything was so wonderful and Eric was very pleasant and accommodating. If you stay here you will never……
