"The apartment itself is clean if u drive and not to plan to walk around then it is good place. However instruction wasn’t great. My check-in time was 4:pm but i got message extra ly at 4 pm and saying that tell them 30 min before the arrival…… And no fork and spoon……………………. Other than that good place to stay"

"Hot water is problematic in the morning, as we stayed on an upper floor. On the other hand, we would stay there again because it's in a great neighborhood close to friends. Parking is easy with the valet and you can hop on the highway easily. Coincidentally, there's a good breakfast place in the building that's been in a zillion movies. And as a bonus, it has a really good intimate bar we stopped in more than one night! It's kind of an industrial-looking area, but I like that look. Staff...

"Stayed here on a trip to universal. Room looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. Bed and sheets were perfectly clean, TV worked great. Bathroom and shower were updated and spotless. Service was prompt and staff was knowledgeable. One of the best if not the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful property. Parking too expensive. $6.50 for a bottled water in the gift shop- really? I expected an expensive $4 bottle, but $6 just seems like you are twisting it in. Its a shame that I will mostly remember a $6.50 bottle of water after spending more than $1000 with you. "
