“It was supposed to be a simple check-in, but the service was very bad. They had already paid the full amount on Hotel.com, but the hotel still collected money at the checkout. They operated the management system of the hotel unprofessional, and even said they didn't see the payment information, which was very disgusting. The lighting of the room is very poor and very dim, the whole facilities are not well equipped, the bath is very uncomfortable, the two single beds are very small, and the……

“The WiFi speed is very weak. It cannot support to browse general website or search travel information. Also, the water pressure is also weak in the bathroom. It makes the water temperature became very unstable. ”

“very convenient to CBD, the bus stop and the convention center. However, taking a shower is annoying because the shower head is fixed on the wall. The water volume is so low. I need to use a cup to collect water for more water to clean. I know this is green hotel, working on the conservation of water resource. However, offering enough water to take a shower is also essential. I stayed for 5 nights, but the breakfast is the same every day. if there are some changes, it will be great.”

“酒店已經有點老舊了，沖涼門，乾衣機門都是不行的，沖涼熱水不足，隔音不行，旁邊房間開關門時，好像鬼屋的配音一樣，有點恐怖。”

“酒店距離市中心大約十分鐘車程, 還算方便, 附近的海灘不算十分美麗, 有點失望, 不過在該區也算是一個不錯的選擇。 酒店住宿環境優美, 車就在泊在門口, 十分方便, 住在地下可以透過露台直接走出外面的草地, 感覺非常好。 廚房設備齊全, 洗碗碟機有點故障,洗得不乾淨。 酒店乾淨舒適, 入住及退房 速度很快。 ”

“Spacious and comfortable hotel”

“位置ok，離市中心及機場不太遠，適合夜機過一晚夜，附近有餐廳超市，但因晚上9時先到達酒店，超市及大部份餐廳已關，車輛可免費停泊，我住的是雙人大床房，有露台，空間足夠，但設施老舊，房內東西很多塵埃，不太整潔，沒有拖鞋及牙刷牙膏! 價錢尚可! 如入住一晚都會推薦!”

“由於夜機到達，接待這位肥叔叔十分友善有禮，是1間老酒店，這個價錢算合理，喜出望外的是早餐非常豐富，離開可暫放行李。”
