“The little timber area was perfect for my 4yo. She really enjoyed it. They also have different activities for the kids during the day so it gives you some options if you don't want to be in the water park all day. Downtown Lake Geneva is also a short drive away if you want to get out of the resort. My biggest problem was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard. ”

“This place exceeded my expectations! Clean, modern accommodations and extremely helpful and attentive staff that was checking on my needs daily via text messages. I had a problem with one of the bathroom light switches and after notifying the staff, they sent a repair tech immediately. I would definitely stay here again and king size bed was extremely comfortable! Close proximity to downtown Lake Geneva, other stores and attractions via car. ”

“Our room had a fireplace but when we turned it on it had a little smell. Not of gas. Maybe it was just not used recently so we turned it off. Our coupon for breakfast was great. The only thing was my coffee cup was so hot it almost burnt my lips every time I took a drink. It wasn’t the coffee it was my cup.”

“The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They really went above and beyond, and were so friendly. They treated us like family. The second best thing was the complimentary breakfast buffet. There were many hot and cold choices, and everything was delicious. The hotel is also only minutes from stores, restaurants, and downtown Lake Geneva.”
