“This is really a lovely home very nicely decorated, located right next to the Rogue river. Your dog will absolutely love this place as it has a fenced in area that is great for exercise and wonderful for lounging around. We really like going out on the deck and enjoying the river. The hosts are so super easy to work with and very responsive. I wouldn’t think twice about renting this unit again. Great job!”

“This is our second stay in a property managed by Cherry. Both times our experience has be excellent. The properties are located in a more rundown section of town, which is the only downside. They are close to grocery stores and restuartants. The property was clean, cute and secure. You won't regret staying here.”

“Riverside Cabin 6 was the perfect spot to stay in our short stop in Grants Pass. It was quiet, cozy, spacious, and conveniently located to Riverside Park and historic downtown. The bed and pillows were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes/utensils, and the best part...everything was SUPER clean! The grounds were quiet and beautiful, too. We are on a long road trip and we wished this was our last stop, not our first!”

“We rented this cottage for an extended weekend with longtime friends from our high school days (60 years ago). The Boatnik Festival, jet boat ride, and great meals together kept us very busy, and it was a respite to come back to this quaint cottage in the evenings. I can't say enough about the comfort of the beautiful four-poster bed. “We came to Grants Pass for the annual Boatnik fast pitch softball tournament. We were conveniently located and enjoying the home. There was plenty of room for all of us. We also enjoyed playing family games with our girls, which were there for our convenience. The home is located in a nice neighborhood. It was great to be able to have a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. There were lots of amenities, which made it easy for us to stay and play. Would recommend this home for any family or……

“In general, it is good. However, the sound insulation is not good. Every step upstairs can be heard clearly. Car noise at parking lot can be heard inside the room.”

“The sheets are dirty, there's hair on them, it doesn't even look changed. Everywhere you see hair on the table. The room was like a smoking room. It smelled like smoke.”
