“What a beautiful, clean, well appointed, home. Decorated very nicely. When you walk in the door, the view blows you away. The location is great, within walking distance to Boulder View Tavern (yum!!), and very close to Big Boulder Ski Resort. You can see the slopes from the living room. About a 15-20 minute drive to Jack Frost. There is a nice walking path around the community. Bedrooms- very comfortable! The primary bedroom has a king bed that was very comfortable, television, and full bath.……

“When we walked to the owner's property on the 3rd floor in the evening with our heavy items, including groceries for dinner and water, we found the baggage of others and the TV turned on. We asked the owner about the situation, and she said she got double booked because of some errors by Vrbo. We had to find other accommodations to stay at the spot in front of the building, shivering in the cold, with our starving three kids. We called Vrbo but were put on hold for over 30 minutes.
