"This is beautiful property and Peter made the entire process completely stress free. Great communication and an incredible "home base" for our music festival weekend. The whole house is clean, comfortable and very well appointed. From the hiking trails, to the front porch, to the back dining area, to the firepit, we made use of them all. 5 star all around! The property is just wonderful, right on the Roaring River. One night there was a lot of rain, and the river came up a lot and was really roaring!
