“Great stay! Our group of adults and teens enjoyed this house so much. The beds were super comfy and its right on the water. We bbq'd everyday and were visited by the ducks and other wild birds. We would highly recommend this home for a getaway of pure relaxation. 5 Stars!”

“Couldn’t check in at 4:00 because we didn’t have the code to open the door. Tried several times to get in touch with the host by text and phone. Finally called the restaurant and got the code. So took over an hour to get in. Also there was pee in the toilet! Otherwise it was clean.”

“We had a great time at this beautiful cozy home. The hot tub was great and the furnishings were nice and comfy. It was pretty quiet, although there was some work being done near by, it wasn’t at unreasonable hours and didn’t impact our stay. The neighbors on one side are close, but the view other side made it feel very private. I would stay again for sure.”

“The outdoor spa tub was broken, the water in it was full of garbage (the kids were disappointed), there was no ping pong table like in the photo, the curtains in the living room were dirty, there was no laundry detergent (had to call for delivery) and not enough quilts ( Had to call for delivery), mice were running from the ceiling at night.”

“It was our first time visiting Clearlake and what a hidden gem it is! The house is very large, accommodated my parents and our 4 kids nicely. The location is so quiet and peaceful with amazing views of the lake and the mountain across from the inside and outside of the house. “Very nice property. From the instructions, it seems as if the renters had bad experiences in the past, which is really sad. The rental was very clean, location spectacular, truly million dollar views. We had a wonderful time. We hope that future renters can respect their property as their own so that the warnings don't have to seem so restrictive and negative. This is a lovely place and should be treated as such.”

“Great location for your base, very clean, quiet area, pool table, bbq, 2 large 70 inch tvs and great sunrise views. We were able to visit every area in Lake County from this VRBO in a reasonable timeframe. The owner was helpful with suggestions for sightseeing, eating and boat rental. We saw deer every evening at the neighboring property. We visited several wineries and they were friendly with decent wines.”

“We had 12 people in our group and the house accommodated all of us adequately. There is plenty of space for everyone to find a lounge spot and hang out. The second kitchen was a bonus and made the stay that much more comfortable. The easy access to dock and water was great, the deck/patio and views were spectacular, and the hot tub was used every night-that too was a feature we did not anticipate appreciating so much.
