The game we were traveling up to see got delayed, and Travis was very accommodating with allowing us to slightly modify our reservation so we could still make everything work. “We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here.”

“Inside reminds me of the house I was when I was young. Owner is working on the apartment and I’m sure remodeling will be done in the future. The inside is like the pictures. The outside doesn’t reflect the inside. Needs some TLC overall a good spot for a few days.”

“Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again.”

“Having grown up in an older house I found this house to be charming and comfortable. Roomy downstairs for family get-togethers, we had six adults in the house and never felt cramped downstairs. The bedrooms were comfortable. Wish it had one more full bathroom. Neighborhood is older, but looks to be going through some renovations.”

“This house was an AWESOME HOUSE!! After reading the reviews they all were on point! The house is well kept, very nice and clean. I loved the location it was closed to EVERYTHING!! The neighbor was beyond quiet I almost thought does anyone else live in the neighborhood, lol, but the peace it gave was OUTSTANDING!! I'm an OLDer lady I don't like to much noise, lol. We were a small group three adults and one teenager, so when I say we had room LOTS and it was EXCELLENT!! Although it says not baby……

The property is located close to the heart of the city and it was really easy to get to the attractions we wanted to visit. The house itself was neat and clean and fit our needs well. “The room was nice but the breakfast area is too small for the hotel's capacity. We are unable to eat in the breakfast area and end up eating in a conference room. The room was nice except that the sink was in the room and not in the bathroom and the shade was broke so we couldn't lower it to keep the Sun”
