“We never received check in instructions even though I reached out to the owner the day before checking in and while I was on my way to the property. So we ended up having to buy a hotel room last minute which cost an arm and a leg. She ended up sending me the check in information at night around 9:30 after we already got a hotel room. And now I cant get a refund because the cancellation doesn't fall in the time window. I cant tell you how the room was because I was never able to even get in. ”

“Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. ”

“The building entry keypad did not work properly. A malfunctioning button left me standing on an unfamiliar Philadelphia street late in the evening. Called a responsive remote concierge who had to renew the code twice until there was no #4 in the code. She got me in. The key pad to the apartment worked with the new code. The apartment thermostat would not allow me to turn off the fan. The apartment was extremely cold. The window shade chains were difficult to operate some were broken or……

“Very communicative. The TV was a little higher than I thought but outside of that I would definitely book again.”

“We stayed in unit E. The location was perfect for the convention center event. Parking was more than stated in the instructions, but it was still a good price. We could see the car from our window. You will need to use the earplugs supplied for night traffic noise and possibly bring an eye mask. The rooms are very bright with big windows esp. if you are sleeping on the sofa bed. Nice seating areas if you need to work on your laptop for work. The full-size kitchen is nice for heating up……

“First, Reginald is amazing, super responsive and the property had everything and more. OMG the property location is center to everything whether driving or taking an Uber. Plenty of space and great on street parking. If you are in the Phila area this is the place for you!!!!”

“Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins. “Softest towels of any hotel ever. however the front automatic door opens and closes so slowly as to be more than an annoyance, it's a hazard. We were only in the room 8 hours but it was clean and what we needed to be close to the event we attended. If you ever are attending a temple graduation stay here and take the subway. much more efficient! hot water took a while to make it to the 25th floor but the view was great. Reasonably quick elevators and plenty of them. I parked 2 blocks away under……
