“This place is the best we have stayed at in UK. It is not only beautiful and comfortable but the innkeepers have thought of every possible thing. Great bath, nice kitchen, great bed and towels. I appreciated how green the paper goods and soaps are. Great place”

The only downside (and it was quite a downside) is that our room was above the kitchen and the door was on an automatic closer which meant it slammed every time it shut. And this started at about 7.00 in the morning....”

“It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. ”
