Aug 20, 2019I worked here upon this property opening in the early 80's. It looks as if it hasn't been upgraded since then. Flaking paint inside and out. Shabby carpet, just a verg tired property

"We had a small problem (self inflicted) at the start of our stay. Hotel staff was very responsive and fixed us up. Room was very clean and spacious. Very short walk to metro. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy to visit Tower of London. Very good value for the price."
