"I read a lot of the reviews and was a lil nervous. I took a chance, and the overall experience was good. It was an hotel experience. Nothing bad to say. My children and I really enoyed the food. How convenient it was to the local stores and how close it was to our venue."

Everything we wanted
"We were in the area for the eclipse with friends--this place had everything we needed! Two rooms for sleeping, an area to play games, updated bathroom and kitchen. Decor was interesting."

Adorable bungalow
"We had rented the bungalow to visit with family in Beavercreek. We were able to communicate easily with the property manager about all of our unique needs. The bungalow was very cute and well appointed. Will definitely use the house again for future family visits!"

Oct 31, 2019I was there last year and did visit the Old Mill Restaurant. I had hoped to go back but it didn't work out. Great service and food. Outlets were convenient but didn't have time this year.

Sep 22, 2019Athletes In Action is headquartered in Xenia & it’s campus is very impressive. We attended The Wool Gathering in Yellow Springs at Young’s Dairy. Young’s Dairy is great. Good food, clean facilities, lots of activities and plenty of helpful staff.

Jul 8, 2019I have family in Xenia and have been visiting the area for over 40 years. It has grown a lot over the years but still has a small town feel. Where ever I went, whether Hampton Inn, Walmart or Big Boy, all the staff where very friendly.
