“Arrived to check in and was met by Tracey, the owner, who promptly gave us an upgrade. The cottage was superb with a modern country chic style. The ambience was warm and cosy with the gas log fire, comfortable bed and large bathroom complete with a claw footed bath. As well tea and coffee there was hot chocolate, shortbread biscuits and chocolate bars. Just what you need after a day of exploring and hiking. We loved our stay so much we stayed an extra night. “We recently stayed at Montain Manor over the weekend and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The standout feature of this property is definitely the amazing views it offers. Waking up to such a picturesque setting was truly refreshing. The outdoor trampoline was a hit with the kids—they had a blast jumping around and burning off some energy. However, one issue we encountered was the insufficient supply of hot water in the showers. This was a bit inconvenient, especially for a few families,……

“Stunning property! Stayed for a couple nights in Jan. Note that cabins are serviced via tank so hot tub water was a little brown due to this. High quality locally-sourced breakfast essentials and toiletries provided. Absolutely beautiful grounds that are very well maintained. Woke up to the sound of songbirds and gentle rain pattering on luscious green fernery. Highly recommend these secluded cabins for a luxurious nature retreat!”
