"Free parking at the hotel. Minimal amenities, but that’s exactly what we didn’t care about to stay here. We wanted a quiet hotel with free and easy parking (Jeju can have some tight, difficult to park in spaces), and a clean, modern hotel. This fit the bill. Happy with the stay. No issues. Some may not like the lack of temperature adjustment in the rooms, but it was fine for us. "

"I chose Eco Suites because of the good ratings but our experience really wasn't great. One employee (a russian guy?) was actually helpful, while the others gave us contradicting information to just weren't helpful at all. For instance, when we asked how to do laundry we were first told to come back at 9 pm (!!!) and when we checked again the helpful guy assisted us instantly and also gave us big shower towels. Originally we were just provided small hand-towels and the other staff was reluctant...

"So, we chose this because it had really great reviews from about 4 people, but I’m not sure why! It is called a ‘resort’ but it’s not. It’s a dated Korean pension that had a tiny pool by a pizza restaurant. We arrived and the female owner was just really rude to us for most of our stay, so we just felt like we were constantly tiptoeing around and trying to avoid her. I don’t think she liked westerners. The rooms were quite run down and not that clean and we didn’t even have any drinking...
