"very friendly cleaning staff who helped us to facilitate an earlier arrival at the hotel -contacted the hotel owner on our behalf as we were unable to as well as let us drop off our luggage earlier and explained the check in/check out details for us. place was really clean and overall a great experience. only downside will be the slightly old toilet but otherwise it’s really good ! basic amenities - shampoo, body wash, towels, toiletries and hair dryer provided 👍👍"

"Breakfast was in a separate building from the hotel which wasn’t great. Limited breakfast options. Hotel exterior was a little old and dirty, and to check into the hotel it would also be in a separate block which was confusing at first. Felt a lot more like a hostel but it’s acceptable for its price. "

"Fun property for my family and I. Parking is included, and the in-room hotspring tap is neat. My child loved climbing up/down the stairs, and it's a short walk to the night market. Many of the room units are apartments, and the manager's office is across the street. Not much of an inconvenience though. I liked this place."

"A decent ground floor air B&B style hotel. The business owner is very nice and friendly. She doesn't live in the building. Guests are in the building on their own. It was a bit nerve racking spending the night with some drinking/smoking folks on the same floor. "

"Accommodation is located ard 20min from train station. Ard 10min walk to Luodong night market. Might have difficulty contacting the owner via whatsapp so Line would be encouraged so prob contact property at least 2-3days in advance would be better. Need to climb some stairs so travel light. The house owner is friendly "

"【優點】礁溪湯圍溝公園這一帶的溫泉旅宿競爭激烈，比起其他家，偶浴比較突出的優點是有附免費停車場。 【缺點】房間的格局有點奇怪，只有一個窄窄的區域可以坐下來看電視，客廳的化妝鏡另有隔層，所以擦保養品時還要彎腰閃隔板；最後一點是希望工作人員離開櫃檯時可以隨身攜帶手機，避免住客抵達後被關在門外，打電話也無人接聽。"

The hotel representative shifted the blame to us and claimed that we misunderstood as we had booked a room for 3 pax ( window room but the window was sealed and blocked) when the pic shown was a room for 4. However, he agreed to upgrade us for a day and subsequently downgrade us to a no window room the next day. We believed the beds were filthy as we had many bites and rashes after the first night. He was dismissive of the situation when...

"beautiful building, nice paddy fields around. Very close to Loudong- good for being close to transport either into the city or further into Yilan County. Very kind and helpful staff."

"Hotel is located next to an abandoned leisure complex which makes an interesting mix. Located near to Luodong Night Market & Train Station which makes it an excellent accommodation for independent travelers without transportation to explore the surroundings by foot."
