“Overall, the room is quite large, clean and furnished with nice facilites, in addition, don't forget a wonderful private garden. The staffs pay attention to the details and willing to host their guests. However, the air conditioner could not be used in the second day I stayed.... but the staffs immediately noticed the problem and tried to solve the problem.The room is just near the metro station(M52) and the tram stop. “The apartment (with canal view) was wonderful--great location, quiet neighborhood, convenience for shopping and transportation. The receptionists at the hotel didn't seem very professional: not very welcoming, a bit slow with checking out, eager to sell a cab ride to the airport. The apartment is several blocks away from the hotel and does not have staff most of the time and the landline in the apartment didn't work, so it was difficult to get help from the hotel, especially when it got……
