"Luxurious. I stayed in 3 IHG hotels on this trip and all were well managed and operated. This is a 5-star for sure, BUT it is located in a developing area. The hotel is isolated with lovely gardens, but no nearby businesses, even though stores and locations have yet to be filled. You can only access the hotel and its facilities. "We have stayed for 2 nights during a trip back to China. This is a nice hotel with great location. It's next door is a shopping center with restaurants, Starbucks and an outside BBQ & bear garden. The room is big enough for 2 people, bathroom is clean and spacious. The only thing I noticed that lights in corridor and lift area are not bright enough. Overall it is a good place to stay. "

"Hotel was beautiful, new, spacious, clean, modern. Buffet food quality can be improved. Hotel guests are smoking everywhere. Loud music at buffet restaurant during dinner. Hotel is a long walk from the main road. Loud music from other room in the middle of the night and staff didn't stop them. Some other hotel guests tried to open my room door for 10min at night."

The front desk staff we talked to knew very little English and when spoken to in Chinese, were not very helpful and generally confused when we asked for restaurant recommendations.
