"Everything was good, except the breakfast was lacking. Shower was much better than most. Very pleasant place to stay - view was great. Need scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage would have made it equal to Comfort Suites and others. "

"This inn was charming and conveniently located. But its main draw is the incredible generosity extended to guests. Lovely wine and hors d’oeuvres on the porch. But you could sit on the upstairs porch. Or the sitting upstairs or downstairs. Super helpful checkin information. And then a breakfast you cannot beat, served with kindness and attention. "We wanted to check out multiple cities such as Brevard, cashier, Highlands, Tryon, Asheville and Hendersonville and this was an awesome location to do that. The cabin was cozy and loved seeing the horses in the mornings. The owner was so nice and gave some restaurant recommendations. The house had a cute little coffee bar that was stocked also. We had our 2 dogs with us and there is a dog park 8 minutes away. Would highly recommended this place."

"The property was very clean as advertised. It is located in a well kept neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone and very conscious of security, I was uncomfortable with the 4 young men outside the home directly behind the cottage. They did not say or do anything inappropriately, but the isolated area made me uncomfortable to come home after dark since I was traveling alone. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay."

"Enjoyed the small size of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Easy parking, close to the building. Gorgeous view from room (stayed in room named Colombiere) - mountain view and the water feature in courtyard. Ate dinner, breakfast and brunch at the hotel restaurant - it was certainly acceptable, but not my favorite meals. The spa treatment room is located in the fitness room, the hallway outside the treatment room is the main accesss to the restaurant for hotel guests - not as tranquil as I would...

"Awe stayed for 3 nights over the weekend. We arrived at night (which I would not recommend doing for the first time you get there) and we did get a little lost. The host provided great directions, just being it the dark made it very challenging. It was very much worth the view! Beautiful place with a great set up for small kids and parents too. The host was very kind and even set out some fish food for our son to feed the koi pond with. Fit great for what we needed!"
